The Apex Awards are the pinnacle of the wedding industry

At the 16th Edition EWPC, the APEX Awards will highlight outstanding talents, commendable initiatives, recognizing the hard work of those in the luxury and destination wedding industry, who have shown their ultimate commitment towards innovation and creativity.

We present before you 20+ Categories cutting across various domains such as Aesthetics, Fashion, Food, Technology, Visuals and Destination.

General Guidelines

  • The nominations have to be submitted in English only.
  • Nominations will close by 20th January 2027.
  • You need to fill out your own nomination form since it involves document submission and other details
  • The participants can upload up to three supporting documents (Client testimonials, press-releases, reports) -Max. Attachment size can be 20 MB
  • The nominations must strictly abide by the evaluation criteria and submission guidelines
  • You can nominate yourself for more than one category. You are required to file separate nominations
  • All nominations will be submitted to the jury panel and handled with the utmost confidentiality
  • The jury has the provision to call the entrant for an interview if the need is felt.
  • Failure to provide an interview or significant discrepancies between the entry and information provided after judging could result in forfeiture of the award.
  • The winners will be announced and the award will be handed over at the 16th edition of EWPC on the 23rd of March, 2027

The APEX Supplier Awards recognizes the best suppliers who have accommodated the needs and requirements of their clients. Jury will evaluate based on the number of weddings, capacity, accessibility, architecture, glamour and hospitality.

Best Destination Wedding Venue

This award recognizes the overall best hotel or resort for hosting destination weddings, taking into account its location, facilities, and services.
